The Administrative Services Division provides administrative support services to the other two Bureau divisions and is responsible for the Records Section, the Jail and Communications Section, the Training Section, and the Office of Professional Standards. In addition, this division is responsible for the Bureau computer network.

The Administrative Services Division is led by Captain Charles Schmidt.

The Office of Professional Standards is the liaison between the community and the Bureau of Police.
Training is an ongoing process for all members of the Bureau of Police.
The Records Department is responsible for the management of all information that comes into and goes out of the department.
The Information Technology department is responsible for all computer related issues for the department.
