AUTO THEFTS

Date of Incident: AUG 2007 - ONGOING
The number of thefts of Saturn autos has seen a recent spike.



Incident Details:
During the months of August and September 2007, an unusual amount of early-mid 1990's Saturn autos were stolen from Lancaster City. Most have been recovered intact. It appears that the vehicles are being used for transportation.

BABY DEATH

Date of Incident: September 24, 2007
A deceased female infant was discovered in a dumpster located within the 500 Blk of N. Market St

Incident Details:
The Lancaster Bureau of Police is still actively investigating this matter.

It is believed that the mother of this infant was in a full term, or nearly full term, pregnancy during August or September. This female would have been pregnant at that time and can no longer account for her child.
Investigators request that you contact the Lancaster Bureau of Police at 735-3300 or 735-3301 with any information that could assist in identifying the parents of this infant or potential witnesses. Callers may remain anonymous if they desire to do so.
