Citizen Crime Report

Citizen Crime Reports can be utilized to expedite reporting minor crimes. These reports can be printed and completed prior to contacting the police, or while you are waiting for an officer to respond to your location. These report forms should only be used to report non-violent, not-in-progress property crimes (such as thefts, vandalism, or fraud) where there is no known suspect. These forms MUST be presented to a police officer IN PERSON. Completed forms may be hand-delivered to the desk sergeant at the police station. Download a Citizen Crime Report here.
