On Tuesday, June 24, 2008, the Lancaster Bureau of Police honored four citizens for their actions in the apprehension of a felon who had broken into a vehicle at the Red Rose Commons shopping mall.

They were honored Tuesday night at a meeting of City Council held at the Southern Market in Lancaster City. The names of these brave gentlemen are Wayne Kisela of Lancaster City, Neal Roth of Ephrata, Carl Frymoyer of Lititz and Travis Greenwalt of Landisville.
