CRIME OF THE WEEK 12-41

Week of October 29th, 2012

                 

IDENTIFY ROBBERY SUSPECTS

 

SUSPECT #1:              Black male, mid 20’s                  6”2” tall       Approximately 230-240 lbs.            Wearing a black or dark colored “Champion” hoodie, dark colored jeans with tan Timberland boots.

 SUSPECT #2:             Hispanic male, mid 20’s             5”9’ tall        Approximately 180-190 lbs.            Wearing a black or dark colored “Champion” hoodie, navy blue sweatpants with red and white sneakers.

  

            On October 9th , 2012 at approximately 9:30 am, a 21 year old Columbia man was the victim of a strong armed robbery in Columbia Borough.  The victim was walking east in the 500 block of Avenue “H” and prior to reaching 6th Street, he was assaulted by the above described suspects.  As a result of the assault the victim received a concussion, multiple contusions, and sustained approximately twenty minor wounds from an edged weapon.  $100.00 in cash was taken from the victim and he was rendered unconscious during the assault.
