400 BLK. JOHN ST. LANCASTER, PA

KILLED: TUESDAY AUGUST 11, 2009 APPROXIMATELY 6:30AM

METHOD: GUNFIRE

DESCRIBED AS HISPANIC MALE 19-21 (AS OF 2009)

5'09"-5'10"  APPROX. 140 LBS. SLIM BUILD  BROWN EYES  SHORT BLACK HAIR

MEDIUM/OLIVE COMPLEXION  "SHINY" SKIN

ROUNDED "GOLF BALL" LIKE CHEEKS THAT NARROW SHARPLY INWARD WITH THIN NECK

LAST SEEN WEARING:  A BLACK OR CHARCOAL COLORED 3/4 LENGTH LONG SLEEVE SWEATER WITH LIGHT COLORED STRIPE ON CUFFS AND A BLACK BOXY STYLE CAP

On Tuesday August 11, 2009 at approximately 6:30am Hector Ortiz-Fuentes was found deceased on the 1st blk. N. Plum St. Fuentes had been shot and killed by an unknown assailant. Shown above is a composite sketch of a potential witness to the homicide. From information provided  at the time of the incident, he was described as a Hispanic Male 19-21 years old, 5’09”-5’10” tall, slim build, brown eyes, short black hair, medium/olive complexion, “shiny” skin, rounded “golf ball” like cheeks that narrowed sharply inward and a thin neck. He was described as wearing a black boxy-style cap, black or charcoal colored ¾ length long sleeved sweater with light colored stripe on cuffs.

This person was observed in the area of the homicide but has yet to be identified. Investigators are seeking assistance from the public in identifying this individual in order to determine if he may have seen or heard anything related to the homicide.
