Week of June 10, 2013

ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE-SHOOTING

WANTED: BRYAN RAMOS-DUQUE W-H/M/18

LKA: 1ST blk. E. LIBERTY ST. LANCASTER, PA

HEIGHT: 5’07” WEIGHT: 150 lbs. 

REPORTEDLY HAS NUMEROUS TATTOOS ON CHEST, NECK AND ARMS. 

RAMOS-DUQUE HAS TIES TO THE HARRISBURG AREA.

On Friday May 31, 2013 at approximately 10:54pm Officers from Lancaster City Police responded to the 300 blk. N. Franklin St. for a Shooting. Officers learned that victim had been involved in a physical altercation with three males. During the altercation, one of the males pulled out a handgun and shot the victim in his torso. The victim underwent emergency sugery at a local hospital. The three males fled the area. 

During subsequent follow up interviews, Det. Fatta was able to identify the shooter as Bryan RAMOS-DUQUE.  Det. Fatta obtained an Arrest Warrant for RAMOS-DUQUE, charging him with Criminal Attempt-Homicide. The handgun used in this crime has not been recovered. RAMOS-DUQUE should be considered Armed and Dangerous.
