6.18.13 Additional Arrests in Robbery Investigations

Lancaster City Police have made two more arrests in connection with the May 28th robbery of J & K Supermarket, 545 New Holland Ave. and the May 30th robbery of Mea's Grocery Store, 121 E. Walnut St. Previously, Kevin Ware and Rachel Burk were charged in these robberies after being identified from surveillance video. Through additional investigation it was determined that Allison Moss, 28, also participated in these robberies. Moss participated by driving the get-away car, Moss' silver Hyundai Accent during both robberies. Moss was charged with (2) counts of Robbery and (2) counts of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery by Det. Sgt. Nate Nickel before MDJ Janice Jimenez. Moss was arrested at her residence by West Hempfield Twp. Police on June 12, 2013. She was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $20,000.00 bail.

It was determined that Steven Sultzbach, 23, was also waiting in the get-away vehicle with Moss during the New Holland Ave. robbery. It was also determined that Moss and Sultzbach split the money stolen during the robbery with Ware and Burk. Sultzbach was charged with (1) count of Robbery and (1) count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery by Det. Sgt. Nate Nickel before MDJ Janice Jimenez.. Sultzbach surrendered to city police on June 15. He was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.
