8.26.2013 Commercial Burglary Old Navy Red Rose Commons

On Monday August 26, 2013 at approximately 07:05 am, Officers from the Lancaster City Police Department responded to the Old Navy Store located inside Red Rose Commons, 1700 Fruitville Pike. Employees from the store had arrived to prepare for the day’s business. They discovered that there were signs of forced entry to the business. The employees contacted LCWC and related that they were not sure if the perpetrators were still inside the business  . 

Officers from “C” Platoon arrived and checked inside the business. No one was located inside. The suspect(s) took cash and merchandise. The total amount of loss and damage is still undetermined. The incident is under investigation by Detectives from Criminal Investigations Division (CID)/Property Crimes. The identity of the suspect(s) is unknown at this time. Detectives are investigating the possibility that this incident is related to other recent commercial burglaries in Lancaster County. Additional details may be released as the investigation continues.
