**UPDATED INFORMATION ON ADDITIONAL ARREST ON 9 AUG 12:

As the investigation into this Armed Robbery continued into the following week, specifically as it related to the identity of the other suspect involved, Detective Kurt Miller was able to identify this suspect as….

          Kendell Charles Foster, 20

          1st Blk Green St.

          Lancaster, Pa.

As a result, on Tuesday, August 7th Det. Miller was able to obtain a Warrant for his arrest on the charges of Robbery (F-1) and Criminal Conspiracy (to commit Robbery, F-1) before Magisterial District Judge Janice Jimenez.  This information was then provided to our Patrol Officers to be on the lookout for him on this Outstanding Warrant.

Shortly after 11:30 am, today, August 9th Officer Eliud Tirado spotted Foster in the 1st Blk N. Queen St and upon seeing the Officer, Foster fled on foot, south in the 1st Blk N. Queen St., west in the 1st Blk W. King St, North in the 1st Blk N. Market St and through the rear door (off of Market St) of a business there.  As this was taking place, Off. Tirado was able to give this information out over the radio, in the midst of this foot pursuit, and as back up units began to arrive, Officer Jerry Hess, monitoring this, positioned himself in the 1st Blk N. Queen St.  At this time, Foster exited the business out on to Queen St and Off. Hess was able to apprehend him, across the street, on the east side of the 1st Blk N. Queen St.  Foster was subsequently conveyed to the Police Station and then arraigned on these charges by Magisterial District Judge Janice Jimenez, who set bail and $250,000.00 and he was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of bail.
