At 6:47 p.m. November 1, 2012, Lancaster City Police officers responded to Lancaster General Hospital, 555 N. Duke St. A 33-year-old New Jersey woman, later identified as Regina Anne Wallace, had made statements to LGH staff that she had been involved in a homicide in Ewing, NJ.
