On July 13, 2013 a victim reported that her 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier coupe was stolen sometime throughout the night from the 500 blk of N. Charlotte Street.  The victim’s bank card was inside the vehicle at the time of the theft. The vehicle was recovered unoccupied in an alley adjacent to the 600 blk.
